Cancellation, Return & Delivery Policy

If you would like to cancel a placed order, you need to contact us within 24 hours, via one of the below channels.

You may return new, unopened and unharmed (due to an examination by our responsible Department) items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (in case you received a faulty item). In other case, you will be charge of the relate shipping costs.

In any other case, you will be charged the corresponding shipping cost.

Returns are made on regular sizes only, returns on non-regular sizes are not accepted.

Your order can be delivered anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus by our Stroma Distribution Department.

All you need to do is enter the exact shipping address upon placing your order. Your order will be delivered within the next 14 working days.

The purchase price does NOT include transport costs and the method of receiving the products is determined by the company’s central warehouse. Otherwise, and if the customer so wishes, the delivery cost amounts to €40 and the conditions apply as stated on the company’s website www.stroma.com.cy:

1. For example, in areas that are more than 20 kilometers away from the center of each city or areas that are not accessible via our transport vehicle, the cost of transport varies at the discretion of the company.
