Cancelation Policy

If you would like to cancel a placed order, you need to contact us within 24 hours, via one of the below channels.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened and unharmed (due to an examination by our responsible Department) items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (in case you received a faulty item). In other case, you will be charge of the relate shipping costs.

Your order can be delivered anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus by our Stroma Distribution Department.
All you need to do is enter the exact shipping address upon placing your order. Your order will be delivered within the next 14 working days.

There are is no shipping fee as we operate on a free-of-charge Delivery Policy, unless one of the following exists:

  1. Your order consists of bed linen or pillows under the amount of €150.
  2. In areas located more than 20km away from the city center or areas that are not reachable via our transport vehicle.

In any of the above cases, please contact us to arrange a different order receipt method!
