How the trial works
Three steps, one exchange per customer.
Choose a qualifying mattress
Any Stroma mattress in one of the four trial sizes, plus a mattress protector at a minimum 15% discount. Then, share your second mattress choice with us in case you want a replacement.
Sleep on it for 7 nights
The trial period runs for seven days from the date your mattress is delivered.
Not right? Exchange it
Call or email us within the 7 days. We collect the original and deliver your replacement for a €50 transport charge.
Sizes included in the trial
The trial applies to these four mattress sizes only. Other sizes and custom orders aren't included.
Why we can offer this
We manufacture our own mattresses in Cyprus. If one isn't right for you, exchanging it is straightforward — and what comes back is dismantled and recycled here.

This is a separate service from our standard returns policy. Full terms are set out in the 1-Week Free Trial Service agreement, signed at purchase.

Common questions
What happens to the mattress I send back?
Depending on its condition, we dismantle it and recycle the raw materials.
Why does the trial only cover certain sizes?
Our recycling process is built around these sizes. For any other dimensions the cost to the company is far higher, so we can't include them.
Why can I only exchange once?
Two reasons. The mattress you exchanged has already entered the recycling process, and the single exchange encourages you to be confident in your choice before committing.
Is this the same as your returns policy?
No. This is a separate service for mattresses only. Our standard returns policy covers unopened, unused products and is set out on our refund policy page.
Do I have to buy a mattress protector?
Yes. To protect the mattress during the trial you buy a protective cover from us, with a discount of at least 15%.
