Furniture & More

Our Furniture & More range gathers the pieces that finish a room once the bed is in place: armchairs and dining seating, coffee or console designs, bedside units, mirrors, table lamps, printed canvas art, plus scented candles and diffusers. Six groups organise the collection, so you can browse by what you need rather than scrolling through everything at once. Finishes run from solid acacia and mango through MDF, ceramic tops, velvet and bouclé, with dimensions listed on every product. Stroma has supplied Cypriot homes since 1994, and delivery reaches the whole island, with assembly handled on the floor where your order arrives.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the Furniture & More collection?

Six groups make up this range: armchairs and dining seating, coffee or console designs, bedside and side units, framed canvas art, sofa beds, plus smaller items such as mirrors, lamps, candles and diffusers. Each group has its own page, so you can narrow down quickly instead of browsing the lot.

Does Stroma manufacture this furniture?

Stroma has produced mattresses and bedroom products at its Nicosia plant since 1994. Items within the home range are sourced from established suppliers, then chosen by the same team for build quality, finish and suitability to Cypriot living. Every listing states materials and measurements, so you know exactly what arrives.

Do you deliver furniture anywhere in Cyprus?

Yes. Orders travel to all districts, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta. Carrying larger goods upstairs is arranged separately and attracts an extra charge, so flag any access difficulty when ordering. Lead times depend on stock, and the team confirms a slot once your purchase is processed.

Is assembly included with my order?

Crews assemble flat-packed seating, tables and storage units on the floor where the delivery is made. Tools and fixings come with them, and packaging leaves with the van. Should a piece need to travel to an upper storey, that part of the job is quoted in advance.

Where to buy furniture in Cyprus?

Stroma sells online through this site and from showrooms in Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos, with a further shop-in-shop point at Xinaris. Buying direct means one supplier handles the mattress, bed and surrounding pieces, so sizing, timings and after-sales contact all sit with a single Cypriot company.

Can I see these pieces before buying?

Showroom stock varies, since the online range moves faster than floor space allows. Ring ahead with the product code shown on the listing and staff will confirm whether that model is displayed in Nicosia, Limassol or Paphos, or suggest a comparable one to view.

What materials appear across the range?

Solid acacia, mango and rubberwood feature on tables and seating frames, alongside MDF carcasses, MGO for the rounded drum designs, ceramic tops, powder-coated metal, glass, and upholstery in velvet, bouclé or woven fabric. Material composition appears in each product name, which helps when matching new purchases to existing décor.

How do I pick the right coffee table height?

Aim for a top level with your sofa seat or slightly lower, generally 36 to 46 cm. Length works best at roughly two thirds of the settee it faces. Leave about 40 cm of walking space between the two for comfortable movement around the seating area.

What is MGO and how durable is it?

MGO, or magnesium oxide, is a mineral composite moulded into rounded drum shapes that look like concrete while weighing far less. The surface resists moisture and heat better than untreated timber, though it can chip on impact. Wipe spills promptly and avoid dragging the piece across tiles.

Are dimensions listed for every item?

Yes. Width, depth and height appear in the product name, written as centimetres, while round designs show diameter first. Measure your space before ordering, allowing clearance for doors, skirting and radiators. Checking the width of a doorway also helps, since larger sofa beds need a clear route indoors.

Which pieces suit a small flat?

Round side units and drum designs take up less visual room than square alternatives, and a slim console behind a settee adds surface without blocking a walkway. Storage stools work twice over, holding blankets inside while seating a visitor. Wall art lifts a narrow hallway where floor space runs short.

Do you stock mirrors and wall art?

Full-length mirrors come in slim aluminium frames and padded velvet surrounds, both standing roughly 160 cm tall. Printed canvas panels run from compact portrait formats to wide horizontal pieces beyond a metre across, some framed in black or beige. Fixings are not supplied, so match anchors to your wall type.

How should solid wood furniture be cared for?

Dust with a dry cloth, then wipe occasionally using a barely damp one and dry straight after. Keep pieces clear of direct sun and air-conditioning outlets, since Cypriot summers pull moisture out of timber quickly. A wax or oil treatment once or twice yearly keeps acacia and mango looking even.

Can I order several items together?

Yes. Anything in the shop can go into one basket, and the crew brings the whole order on a single visit when stock allows. Should one product be unavailable, you will hear before dispatch rather than finding the consignment split without warning.
